Well Easter has come and gone without much as a whisper in my house. We decided to stay at home this year and have an Easter with just the four of us. On Saturday we had an egg hunt at Church. Kai got so many eggs that she will be eating candy for a year! Jakob was asleep during the hunt so Mark grabbed 6 eggs for him to eat later (once he gets teeth!) Sunday morning Mard had already gone to Church for his Bishopric meetings that he missed the kids getting their Easter baskets. The bunny was good to the kids this year. Each one got a movie, some candy, a stuffed animal, and a toy that was age appropriate. We went to Church and listened to some pretty good talks on sacrifice and the atonement. After Church Mark decided that he wanted to start a new Easter tradition for lunch. What did he want you ask?? CHILI DOGS! Easy enough. All in all it was a pretty quiet Easter weekend. We hope that everyone enjoyed their holiday weekend.
