I will try to post our weekly menu for all to see what healthy foods we are eating.
Monday: veggie spaghetti, salad
Tuesday: baked fish, black beans, brown rice
Wednesday: baked pork chops, baked potatoes (no topping) and broccoli
Thursday: baked chicken, brown rice, spinach
Friday: beans and cornbread
Saturday: steak, baked sweet potatoes (with cinnamon and nutmeg), and salad
Sunday: chicken sloppy joes and baked french fries

The menu for this week was not followed at all. No fish, chicken, steaks, or sloppy joes. Mark ended up going out of town and Jakob got sick so I was lazy on the cooking and working out.
