To eat or not to eat?

The menu this week:

chicken lasagna, salad, garlic bread
hamburgers and chips (reduced fat)
fish and shrimp tacos, brown rice, black beans
baked chicken, pea salad, brocolli, mac and cheese
crock pot bbq ribs, maccaroni salad, bbq baked beans, honey cornbread
steaks, baked potatoes, salad, green beans
hot dogs and chips
