I have been meaning to post about this because I found it fascinating. Strange but fascinating at the same time. Back in August Kai, Jakob, and I went to Utah and Idaho with Mark's parents to visit Grandma Hurst. We of course did the traditional Utah things like go to Temple Square but the first night we were there is what inspired this post. We went to dinner with Aunt Cindy and her family (minus KC) at a place called Bucca di Beppo. It is a family style Italian restaurant with the weirdest decor imaginable. An example of it is the Pope Table. In the middle of this one table a statue of the Pope is in an enclosed case sitting on a lazy susan. It is so weird to know that while you are eating that when you move the center of the table the Pope's eyes follow you everywhere. If you are ever in SLC than you should go and check it out.
