I got this recipe from my good friend Keila. I made it for the first time tonight and my family (especially Mark) loved it!

The slop you need:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
2 TBS pickled jalapeno peppers (if desired)
1 loaf of garlic toast or french bread
shredded cheese

How to make it:
Cook the beef in a large skillet until meat is in small crumbles and there is no pink left. Drain the excess fat from the skillet and mix in the tomatoes. Add the next three ingredients to the skillet and stir until mixed thoroughly. Add the jalapeno peppers if desired. Turn the heat to low and simmer the sloppy joe mix.

While the beef is simmering, cook the toast according to package directions. Top the toast with the beef mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
