No fail ways
So I have come up with 2 no fail ways to lose weight. As many of you know I want to lose 40 pounds by the summer of 2011. The reason for the weight loss is so I can get my boobies worked on. No not bigger! But smaller! I am so happy that Mark is on board for this transformation that is so needed for my back pain. So back to my 2 ways to lose weight. Well the first is to get in shape. My motivation for this is our niece Lila Jane. There is going to be a 5k in honor of Lila and her recovery on May1st in Austin. Since I don't want to look like a pansy while doing the walk/run, I figured that I need to get my booty in shape. The #2 no fail way to lose weight is simple. My sister, Danis, is giving me a pair of her skinny jeans that are2-3 sizes to small for me. By looking at them everyday and trying to fit into them will give me the motivation I need to drop those pounds!

Looks like we both have the same goal. Although I don't get a boob job when I reach my goal (sigh!) We will have to encourage each other. Go Diana go!!
We have the same goal as well. It will have to be the "get in shape" idea...cuz, I have had the 2 sizes too small jeans to look at for years...and it doesn't work. Especially while you are eating a bowl of ice cream. Imagine!
