Can you believe that Jakob is already 2?! Time sure does fly when you are having fun. I am so glad to have Jakob in our lives. He is such a funny little boy with the BEST personality. As I have always said, he is the joy that was missing from our lives. Happy birthday baby boy. Mommy loves you!
